Patients receiving gender-affirming care have direct access to Dr. Dakota via text, call, or email for any needs related to their treatment. This ensures you always have support when you need it.

This gender-affirming care service does not replace primary care or counseling/mental health services. If you would like routine preventative care, sick visits, or help with other physical health or mental health concerns, you can join River DPC as a monthly member to access comprehensive primary care.
